A good floor-standing display works the same way. The backdrop sets the mood for events that unfold at your trade show booth.

How to Use Them

Custom printed backdrops are great for photo ops. Often referred to as a "step and repeat" you may want to design a repeating pattern to cover the whole thing. This could be formed from your logo, slogan, visual brand elements, or any combination thereof. You may want to use the square footage to show a highly detailed bottle shot, or perhaps you'd like a laid back beach vibe and opt for a beautiful landscape photo.

Tips for designing your floor-standing display...

Don't make it too busy or text-heavy: Think about a billboard when you're flying down the highway. You want the important stuff to be visible from afar. Too much copy may appear messy.
Don't put important elements too close to the floor: Think about where people's eyes will be. Think about tables and other obstructions that may be in front of your backdrop.
Do make it timeless: Avoid dates, prices, and other details that are subject to change. A properly cared for backdrop will last you many years.
Do use vector art or high res photos: The last thing you want is a grainy or pixelated photo muddying up your setting.
Do avoid pantone colors when possible: Like so many other printing options, these use the CMYK process. Certain colors like neons or pastels may appear dull if they are out of gamut.
