There are three elements that factor into the overall cost of a direct-mail campaign: the printed mailer, the service to send the mailer, and the USPS postage to deliver the mailer. We offer a complete direct-mail service in addition to producing the postcard, which includes data processing, printing the addresses, sorting, and delivering to the post office. Cost is based on quantity and the style of your mail piece, and starts at $150 for up to 1,000 flat pieces.

Yes, in most cases. There are size limitations (6 1/8” x 11 1/2”) and aspect ratios (length divided by height must be 1.3 – 2.5) for the best postage rates. Extra-special mail pieces outside these parameters will incur higher postage rates. Shop popular sizes.

Folded mailers must be sealed in order to mail. If the folded edge is at the bottom of the mail panel, we can add a single tab at the top for mailing. If the folded edge is at the top of the mailing panel, the piece must double tabbed to mail. Another method is to apply glue spots or glue strips. Orienting your design to allow for a single tab is most cost effective. Shop folded pieces.

The minimum quantity the USPS requires for presorted bulk mail is 500 pieces.

Postage costs depend on the size, weight, and thickness of your printed piece, as well as the class of service you choose (First Class Presorted, Standard, or Nonprofit). Consider the class that best suits your budget and delivery time of your project. If you have a time sensitive project you'll want First Class which typically delivers within 2-3 business days. If you need to be more cost conscious, you may consider mailing Standard or Nonprofit, which generally delivers in 3 to 7 business days, up to 14 days. Mail delivery time is not guaranteed by USPS.
